Welcome to Joyce, McFarland + McFarland’s redesigned website

Welcome to Joyce, McFarland + McFarland’s redesigned website. Just as our goal as attorneys is to always provide the greatest value to our clients, our goal in redesigning this site was to make it a valuable resource in helping you to familiarize yourself with our firm. We hope that this new layout allows you to learn more about our lawyers, our services and our firm.

We are based in Houston but we have tried numerous cases throughout Texas. Our partners, Jeff Joyce, John McFarland, and Charles McFarland, have over 60 years of combined litigation expertise. Since they began their respective practices, much has changed in the world and in the practice of law. To achieve our goal of achieving the best possible outcome for our clients in every matter, we stay on top of changes in the law and the industries we represent.

You’ll see that devotion to our craft reflected in this site. We hope you’ll explore every section, from the homepage to the “Top Ten Questions to Ask Before Hiring a Condemnation Attorney.” If you’ve worked with us before, you will find valuable information about the attorneys representing you and resources to help you understand the issues at hand in your case. If you’re new to the firm, you will find examples of our expertise, as well as some of our successes to give you a better understanding of our ability to represent you effectively.

This site is designed for your ease of use. If there is anything we can improve on, please drop us a line and tell us about it. We’ll plan to update the blog regularly with news and insights about all of our practice areas, including condemnation law, business and real estate litigation, and lender/borrower disputes, as well as with information to assist in the selection of an attorney and other topics. So stop by again or, better yet, subscribe to our RSS feed for automatic updates.

We look forward to continuing the conversation.
