Final Judmgent In Big Trial Win

April 4, 2025. After a hearing on attorney’s fees, the trial court entered the amended final judgment awarding the limited partners a $1.43 million recovery against H. Walker Royall and his entities, Second Street and Briarwood Capital Corporation. The trial court further confirmed that the constructive trust on the seven marina properties Royall acquired through his breaches of fiduciary duty existed as of December 6, 2006.
